Job description:

To develop the quality and efficiency of the Finance services in accordance with the business needs and ASAP standard tools.
To drive the implementation of ASAP standard processes and tools + improve and implement process alignment.
Responsibility for service delivery (including escalation) and service development at the location.
Responsibility for cost and income of the service area at the location.
To lead, motivate and develop the local Finance team, including people development, appraisals, remuneration, etc.
To ensure excellent communication with customers and other ASAP service teams.
To ensure service delivery with good quality and in the predefined time frame according to Service Level Agreements and standard processes published in The Way We Do Things.

Monitor and coordinate the matters related to Holding activities in cooperation with Vice President Holding, Russia/Managing Director.
Cash management: In cooperation with Group Treasury support with cash and loan management, capital structure optimization and the dividend process, included negotiations with the banks.
Taxes: In cooperation with Group Tax and Chief Accountant ensure implementation and maintenance of appropriate structures and information to comply with legal rules applicable and strive for the most efficient tax rate.
Internal and External audits: Coordinate and support.
Responsibility for internal reporting for the Holding function (planning, Holding expenses follow up, preparation materials for board and management meetings etc.).
Advise on best practice in the administrative area and promote activities to ensure best Internal Control.

 

Experience requirements:

Min 5 years of experience in different areas of accounting
Excellent knowledge of local Accounting Rules and Regulations
Good command of English (daily use of written and spoken form)
Knowledge of Atlas Copco Finance and Administration Manual (FAM)
Advanced user of MS Office
Knowledge either/or SAP/BPCS/SCALA
Experience in leading and management of a team

 

Educational requirements:

University degree or secondary education - Learning experience: 2 years up to 5 years
Additional professional training is a plus
